You’ll be joining an 18-month Graduate Training Programme that’s been designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to become one of our leaders of excellence. First you need to get to know us and our industry though. So you’ll be working on three-month placements in all parts of the business – from operations and functional processes through to HR, sales and marketing. As part of this, there’ll also be the chance to work overseas.
One thing that’s important to say – you’ll enjoy real responsibility, involvement and accountability from the outset right through the programme. It’s a great opportunity, but it’s up to you to grasp it and get the most out of it that you can. Of course, we’ll be there supporting you every step of the way.
